The present invention relates to a multi-purpose cooking utensil, comprising: a cooking utensil main body (150) which is provided with a flame inlet hole in the center thereof; a cooking container (140) which is put on the upper part of the flame inlet hole and has a tripod (130) inserted thereinto; a cover (120) which has a convex upper side to be put on the cooking container (140) such that emission of internal heat of the cooking container (140) is prevented; and a cover (110) which is covered over the cooking utensil main body (150) to prevent wind from the outside and which is mounted with a reflector (114) to reflect heat coming out from the flame inlet hole to the upper side of the cooking container (140). Thus, the present invention allows the inside of the cooking container(140) to be heated at a predetermined temperature and maintain the temperature. Also, not only food is uniformly cooked throughout the entire food by far infrared ray energy which is reflected from a reflector (117), but also the food becomes tender and loss of juice can be prevented. |
