<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing nanopowder. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing nanopowder improves a high-temperature heat treatment process in a conventional wet process for manufacturing nanopowder, thereby improving the uniformity of manufactured nanopowder, especially for ITO or IZTO powder. In addition to this, the apparatus for manufacturing nanopowder builds a system for reusing a solvent used for the manufacture of nanopowder, thereby reducing the production cost of nanopowder.</p> |
