<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a semi-processed chicken for ginseng chicken soup, which is allowed to process chicken to enable people to conveniently cook the ginseng chicken soup quickly in a simple manner, so people don′t have to trim, process and manufacture chicken used for ginseng chicken soup, comprising the steps of washing chicken with use of salt water, removing internal organs of chicken toward anus and washing the same again, thereby manufacturing semi-processed chicken wherein the manufactured semi-processed chicken by the method maintains taste and quality of chicken all the time, and the method is used for mass-producing the semi-processed chicken, thereby leading to convenience of users, when cooking the ginseng chicken soup, and making many people enjoy the same.</p> |
