Disclosed are a method for decreasing noises of a depth image by making use of the difference between depth values of two pixels adjacent to each other in a depth image and of reflectivity of each pixel in an intensity image so as to predict noises for each pixel of a depth image and remove noises from a depth image based on the predicted noises; and an image processing apparatus and an image generating apparatus using the same.
