<p>The present invention relates to a substrate for an optical device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a substrate for an optical device to prevent the generation of electric shock between substrate components by burr due to substrate cutting. A substrate for an optical device according to an embodiment of the present invention has conductive plate sides which are extended in a length direction and are bonded to each other. An optical device substrate having an insulating layer and a groove for preventing burr which has a preset depth in the lower surface of the substrate in each point where the insulating layer intersects with a cutting line generated when cutting the substrate in a vertical or length direction, are formed on the bonding surface. The groove for preventing burr is formed to expose the insulating layer.</p> |
