<p>The present invention prevents damage by canceling/mitigating applied shocks from a ship, and secures safety by easily being recognizable during night time. The present invention comprises: a′tube′shape body which has a space in the interior, and an elastic pad which elastically absorbs and cancels an impact load by being tightly installed in the inner surface of the body with a set thickness having elasticity; the body composed with square shaped tube unit having interior and exterior surface having square shaped section; a countering surface which attaches the body, and a floating platform body which has slots which is continuously composed in the interior in a longitudinal direction; slots provided with fixing hole which have bolts which goes through and binds with the floating platform body, and the head area of the bolt placed interior of the slots and make the interior section to incline as the body has a smaller diameter inwards; the slot composed with a vertical plane which contacts with the head of the bolts surface, and provided with a fender for floating pier which discharges reflected light in diffused shape within the interior of the slot by the re-reflected lights from the vertical plane to the inclined surface, having the inclined surface composed with a top of the vertical plane and forming a widening inclination angle from the bottom towards an outward direction, and obliquely reflecting the lights illuminated on the vertical surface from the inclined surface of a ship.</p> |
