Provided is an apparatus for preventing oil spreading. The apparatus for preventing oil spreading comprises: a plate-shaped support unit; a compression gas unit arranged on both sides of the support unit and having compression gas contained therein; a spreading prevention unit arranged to face the support unit and having a plate shape; and an expansion unit connecting both ends of the compression gas unit and the spreading prevention unit. The apparatus for preventing oil spreading is capable of preventing spilled oil from spreading by corresponding to the initial spreading stage in accordance with the accident or malfunction of a ship, and quickly and effectively recovering oil remaining therein without using an oil absorption pad. |
