<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing of a novel jam including the cultivated root of wild ginseng, comprising a first step of (1) manufacturing a culture medium by mixing components of a basic culture medium in which sucrose and Indol-3-acetic acid (IAA) as a growth regulator are added, and a novel jam manufactured by the method having the cultivated root of the wild ginseng.</p> |
