Disclosed is a method for encoding a video to compensate a pixel value, which generates a restoration image by encoding an input image sequence, decoding the encoded image data, and operating loop filtering to the decoded image data, determines a compensation value to an error between each restoration pixel and corresponding original pixels, and a pixel group including the restoration pixel to be compensated to the restoration pixels of a certain group in the restoration image, and transmits a bit stream of the encoded compensation value and the encoded input image. |
