A fuel cell stack binding device according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a bottom hotplate equipped with a membrane electrode assembly and a steam supplying line prepared in one side of the gas diffusing layer formed in both sides of the membrane electrode assembly to supply heat to the gas diffusing layer and supply steam to the gas diffusing layer; a top hotplate equipped in the other side of the gas diffusing layer and equipped with a steam supplying line for supplying heat to the gas diffusing layer and supplying steam to the gas diffusing layer; and a control unit for controlling the supplied time of heat and steam supplied to the bottom hotplate and top hotplate. According to the embodiment of the present invention, when the membrane electrode assembly is bound with the gas diffusing layer through thermocompression, moisture is supplied so that a polymer electrolyte membrane is prevented from shrinking due to heat and dimensional stability can be ensured. |
