The present invention relates to an overflow inducing-type pump gate which comprises: a gate body (10) composing a gate upper part (10a) in which an overflow waterway (12) is formed and a gate lower part (10b) in which a pump is installed; a gate frame (20) of a square shape, installed in the front of the overflow waterway (12), in which an outlet (21) connected with the overflow waterway (12) is formed; a flap gate (30) hinge-jointed with the top of the gate frame (20) to selectively close or open the outlet (21); and a screen (40) installed in the front of the flap gate (30), and tilting-operated. Accordingly, the phenomenon that foreign materials are piled up on the front of the flap gate is able to be prevented, and high watertightness is maintained even if the foreign materials are piled up in the outlet due to slow flow velocity. |
