摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for producing an inner surface cladding pipe for reducing a coefficient of friction. More specifically, silicone is coated on the inner surface of a polyethylene pipe molded through extrusion of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), thereby reducing a coefficient of friction and improving a water flowing function. In the method of the present invention, an extrusion unit (11) for extruding a synthetic resin is molded in a cylindrical shape so that an inner surface (12) and an outer surface (13) thereof have particular thicknesses. The method comprises: an extrusion unit extruding step of extruding an extrusion unit (11) having a particular thickness in a cylindrical shape to have an inner surface (12) and an outer surface (13) in a mold by dissolving a synthetic resin consisting of any one of polyethylene and polypropylene; an extrusion unit cooling step of providing the extrusion unit (11) extruded from the mold after cooling the same through any one cooling technique of water cooling and air cooling; a silicone cladding part coating step of coating a compound combined with 93.5-97 wt% of a synthetic resin, 2-6 wt% of silicone, and 0.5-1 wt% of TiO_2 on a silicone cladding part at a molding thickness of 1.5-4 mm through an extruding or spraying technique to have a color on the inner surface thereof; and an inner surface cladding pipe molding step of cooling and cutting an inner surface cladding pipe (10) having the silicone cladding part (50) coated on the inner surface (12) thereof to have a length of 6 m.</p>
