<p>The present invention relates to primer using ultrafine acrylic silane emulsion, repair mortar containing polymer binder, and anti-neutralization composition with superior external resistance and chemical resistance, and the concrete repairing system using thereof. The present invention reduces the construction costs and period by using rust preventive primer which can simultaneously apply primer for improving repair mortar adhesion and anti-rust additive which is the first step required to repair the deteriorated concrete structure. Also, the loss caused by external impact and water absorption of repair mortar have decreased significantly using polymer binder, and by using anti-neutralization coating which is applied at the last stage according to the use of the concrete structure, the durability of the repair mortar has been enhanced.</p> |
