<p>The present invention relates to a training apparatus for a motor failure simulation to train users for the failure of a motor driven by three-phase power supplied to it, comprising: an instrument transformer installed at the rear end of a circuit breaker around a three-phase power supply; a voltage detection part and a current detection part to detect a voltage and a current for an instrument, transformed in the instrument transformer; a power monitoring protection relay which is connected to a switch for connecting or disconnecting power supply and operates during the operation of the a motor to intercept the operation of the switch in the event of overpower and an overcurrent; an insulation resistance monitoring protection relay which is connected to the switch and operates when the motor stops to intercept the operation of the switch when the measured insulation resistance exceeds the standard; a load current control part to control a load current supplied to the motor; and a simulation computer to output the operation parameter of the motor to the load current control part. According to the present invention, the training apparatus for a motor failure simulation trains users to be prepared for the operation of a protection relay, and facilitates the application of training to the field.</p> |
