The present invention relates to a failure-safety diagnosing method for an engine clutch actuator, comprising: a step of determining whether a driving mode of a hybrid vehicle is an EV mode; a step of measuring oil pressure in a cylinder of the engine clutch actuator when the driving mode of the hybrid vehicle is the EV mode; a step of comparing an oil pressure value in the cylinder with the average pressure value which is already stored; a step of rotating a motor of the engine clutch actuator so as to lower the oil pressure value in the cylinder when the oil pressure value in the cylinder is larger than the pre-stored average pressure value; and a step where the oil pressure value in the cylinder is lowered and an engine clutch is connected to an engine again. |
