A method for scheduling an online session, the method comprising: determining desired time slots for the online session; determining potential users to participate in the online session during the desired time slots comprising: monitoring online behaviors and habits of the potential users;developing profiles for each of the potential users based upon the online behaviors of the potential users;assigning a weight to each potential user based on a desirability of each potential user's profile;generating a schedule of possible time slots that are convenient for each of the potential users based on the monitored online behaviors and habits;comparing the schedule of possible time slots and the desire time slots for the online session, and comparing the assigned weight of each potential user;selecting the potential users based on the comparison between the schedule of possible time slots and the desired time slots for the online session, and based on the comparison of the assigned weight of each potential user;wherein the selected potential users include at least one permanent user and at least one non-permanent user;wherein the at least one permanent user is a potential user that is able to participate in the online session for the entirety of the online session;wherein the at least one non-permanent user is a potential user that is not able to participate in the online session for the entirety of the online session; sending invitations to the selected potential users; receiving responses to the invitations thereby identifying participants for the online session; and entering the online session into the calendars of the participants of the online session.
