摘要 <p>According to the present invention, an apparatus to sense a temperature includes: a first clock signal output unit outputting a first clock signal delaying an input signal through a ring oscillator which includes one or more serially connected transistors having a first delay time; a second clock signal output unit outputting a second clock signal delaying an input signal through the ring oscillator which includes one or more serially connected transistors having a second delay time; and a digital signal output unit receiving the second clock signal, including a plurality of buffers having unit delay times and outputting a value of the second clock signal corresponding to a case of rising transition of the first clock signal. The first delay time and the second delay time is determined in accordance to a gate channel length of the transistor included in the first clock signal output unit and the gate channel length of the transistor included in the second clock signal output unit. The first clock signal output unit has higher temperature change sensitivity than the temperature change sensitivity of the second clock signal output unit, and the second clock signal is set to have the same transition time with the first clock signal in a set reference temperature.</p>
