According to the present invention, an electric toaster includes a body unit including a slot which allows food to be toasted to be inserted and taken out therethrough, a first penetration hole formed on a front side, a second penetration hole formed on a back side, and a lever groove; a first heat generation plate member which is placed apart from the bottom surface of the inside of the body unit at a certain height to be inserted in the first penetration hole and includes a planar heat generation body and a transparent substrate; a first rotation member which makes the first heat generation plate rotate; a second heat generation plate member which is place apart from the bottom surface of the inside of the body unit at a certain height to be inserted in the second penetration hole, and includes a planar heat generation body and a transparent substrate; a second rotation member which makes the second heat generation plate rotate; and a collection plate which is inserted between the bottom surface of the inside of the body unit and the first and the second heat generation plates to prevent the first heat generation plate and the second heat generation plate from rotating and collects crumbles of the toasted food. |
