The present invention relates to a novel L-valine-producing strain, which is transformed by deleting or substituting all or some of DNA sequences encoding leader peptides within the regulatory site of L-valine operons so as to enhance the expression of L-valine operons. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing L-valine by using the novel L-valine-producing strain. The present invention has an advantage of preparing L-valine with high efficiency and high yield. |
