The present invention comprises: a dough container installed in an upper side of a lower body of a kneader; and a first and a second impeller installed inside the dough container, wherein both ends of a support rod are installed to be inserted into the first impeller and the second impeller at a rotational center. The present invention comprises: a first step of measuring the radius of the dough container; a second step of measuring the volume of a mixture; a third step of measuring a distance between the ends of the first and the second impeller; a fourth step of adjusting a distance between the ends of the first and the second impeller; a fifth step of inserting a mixture of the second step into the inside of the dough container; and a sixth step of kneading the mixture which is inserted into the dough container by the fifth step by using the first and the second impeller. |
