Disclosed is a transmitting device. The transmitting device comprises the following: a stream processor unit of inserting header into a data stream to produce a plurality of base band frames when the data stream is inputted; a frame producing unit of producing a plurality of transmitting frames including information data provided both for a fixed terminal and a mobile terminal from the base band frames, a first parity for the fixed terminal and a second parity for the mobile terminal; and a transmitting unit of transmitting a plurality of transmitting frames. Each of the transmitting frames can include partial of the first parity corresponding to the information data part included in the transmitting frames and partial of the second parity corresponding to the information data included in the whole transmitting frames. Correspondingly, the present invention is capable of reducing a delay to support the fixed terminal and obtain time diversity to support the mobile terminal at the same time. |
