The present invention relates to a goods advertising system using a treadmill enabling users to run or walk using the treadmill while watching a goods advertisement, and a method thereof. The goods advertising system according to the present invention comprises: an advertise terminal that requests for advertisement of manufactured or produced goods; an advertisement agency server that produces a video advertisement of the requested goods, and sends the advertisement to advertisement devices through a communications network; an advertisement device that selects and plays one of the many goods advertisements provided by the advertisement agency server; a treadmill system that, upon the selection of an advertisement, displays the amount of workout and the time to the possible prize winning that corresponds to the selected advertisement on a screen, converts the electric energy generated from the operation of the treadmill to an equivalent amount of money, and when the converted the money reaches the price of the prize, outputs the giveaway commands that asks for prize giveaways; and a prize giveaway device that holds the prizes for each advertisement and gives away prizes according to the giveaway commands. |
