<p>The object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for neutralizing recycled aggregate treatment water and ready-mixed concrete recycled water which perform neutralization on strong-alkaline wastewater and recycled water generated from a recycled aggregate and ready-mixed concrete utility vehicle, and determine the optimal amount of introduced neutralization material according to specific properties of alkalinity during the neutralization, thereby stabilizing pH reduction and cement powder and suppressing a leaching of an alkaline material. To this end, the method and the apparatus for neutralizing recycled aggregate treatment water and ready-mixed concrete recycled water of the present invention comprise the following processes: introducing the generated strong-alkaline wastewater and recycled water into a first precipitating tank; maximally precipitating cement paste by using coagulant in the first precipitating tank; performing the neutralization by introducing fixed quantity of hydrofluosilicic acid which is a byproduct generated during a manufacturing of phosphogypsum using the relation with a solubility of calcium hydroxide in the wastewater on the basis of the water temperature condition in a second neutralization tank; and enabling to suppress the alkaline material which is continuously eluted by making the hydrofluosilicic acid react with the particle of the cement powder on the surface thereof and stabilizing the reacted material.</p> |
