<p>A subject of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a metallic coating capable of performing a formation of plating layer with an excellent adhesiveness even in case of plating noble metals such as gold, etc. on a base metal forming an oxide coating or a passivation coating mostly. Additionally, a method for forming metallic coating and a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of forming metallic coating product that can incorporate inline configuration of a plating process in a press line such as lead metal member including a progressive press process are provided. The method for forming a metallic coating comprises: a surface activating process to perform an activation of base metal by applying laser beams onto the surface of base metal; a noble metal nano particulates dispersed solution applying process to apply noble metal nano particulates dispersed solution by dispersing noble metal nano particulates onto base metal in a solvent; and noble metal nano particulates sintering process to perform sintering of noble metal nano particulates by applying laser beams onto the surface of base metal in noble metal nano particulates dispersed solution. Additionally, a progressive press process for press processing of base metal and a metal coating forming process for noble metal plating on base metal are performed in the same line.</p> |
