<p>The present invention provides the solution film forming method and facility that prevents the nonuniformity in thickness or forming and dries a flexible membrane within a relatively short time regarding the production of thin film. Infrared rays are needed to dry the flexible membrane (45). Here, the wind velocity should be controlled not exceeding 2.0 m/s near the emulsion side of the flexible membrane (45). The infrared rays should be applied on the location 1 of the emulsion side of flexible membrane (45) at the temperature T1, whereas the temperature of supporter at the location 2 situated outer of the width direction of the location 1 on the flexible band (42). The infrared rays are to be applied until the residues of solvent in the flexible membrane (4) drops down to 100 mass% or less.</p> |
