<p>Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for closed-loop deep brain stimulation using a chemical measurement method. The method can include a measurement step of measuring a neurotransmitter secreted from a target area of a brain; an analysis step of analyzing the amount of the neurotransmitter; a control step of controlling a stimulation parameter based on the amount of the neurotransmitter; and a simulation step of applying electrical stimuli on the target area according to the stimulation parameter.</p> |
