<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a raw material of agricultural fertilizer or livestock feed by using an organic material, wherein the method comprises the steps of: putting the organic materials to an Fe-based reactor, adding high temperature steam to the reactor to pressurize the organic materials, and stirring the organic materials to hydrolyze the organic materials; and discharging the steam in the reactor and suddenly decompressing the inside of the reactor to smash cell walls of the hydrolyzed organic material and lower molecular weight. According to the present invention, the method has gone a step of hydrolyzing by a hydrothermal reaction and a step of smashing the cell walls and lowering molecular weight by a sudden decompressing, thereby effectively decomposing the organic materials, promoting generation of organic acid, and making the size of the decomposed organic material particles 1 mm or less while removing malodorous substances and various germs. Thus, the organic materials which has gone the above steps can be provided as the raw material of agricultural fertilizer or livestock feed.</p> |
