<p>Provided is a functional gum containing phytoncide extracted from Hinoki Cypress. According to the present invention, with regard to a gum composition comprising a gum base, a softener, a flavoring, a sweetener and an additive, phytoncide is comprised in the composition. More preferably, the functional gum can be manufactured by using 21-29 wt% of a gum base, 0.1-0.6 wt% of a softener, 40-55 wt% of D-sorbitol, 2-10 wt% of isomalt, 5-20 wt% of xylitol, 2-4 wt% of phytoncide, 0.001-0.002 wt% of aspartame, 1-2.5 wt% of a flavoring, 0.1-2 wt% of calcium phosphate tribasic, 0.04-0.2 wt% of dextrinase, and 1-2 wt% of a food coloring.</p> |
