<p>The present invention relates to an inkjet printing deposition apparatus. The present invention comprises: a substrate stage which is movable while a substrate is loaded; a nozzle head having an inkjet nozzle loading an ink on the substrate; and a head cover installed on the external surface of the nozzle head, and forming an inlet passage where an air current formed around the substrate is entered into a gap with the nozzle head. According to the present invention, the loaded ink can be loaded on a right location of the substrate in the vertical direction without interrupting a route since the inlet passage where the air current generated around the substrate is formed in the head cover installed in the nozzle head.</p> |
