The present invention relates to a soluble expression of recombinant proteins of human GSCF with biological activity using N-terminal tags and a purification method where provided is a recombinant expression vector including a solubility enhancing tag and a human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (hGCSF) gene. Also in the present invention, provided are a transgenic microorganism transformed by the recombinant expression vector, a method for producging the recombinant hGCSF (rhGCSF) protein and the rhGCSF protein manufactured by the method. |
