The present invention relates to a spool structure of an alternator for a vehicle, and is capable of improving the durability, reliability, and lifespan of an alternator for a vehicle by preventing breakage caused by a stress concentrating on a neck part thereof. A pair of spool ears is arranged by protruding with 180 degrees and facing each other on the upper side of a slip ring of a spool bobbin, which is inserted into the middle of a rotor shaft and wound by a rotor coil. A concave neck part is formed from both sides in the middle region of the protruding part of the spool ears. A reinforcement piece is integrally formed with the inside of the spool ear by insert molding. Each end of the rotor coil wound around the neck part at least one time is drawn to be electrically connected to the slip ring, and accordingly, the durability and lifespan of the spool ear, which is vulnerable to an external force, can be improved by the reinforcement piece, which is molded and inserted into the spool ear. |
