A high frequency switch according to the present invention comprises: common ports, a first signal transfer unit that consists of multiple serially-connected switch elements, and a second signal transfer unit that consists of multiple serially-connected switch elements; the first signal transfer unit comprises a first switch unit that consists of multiple switch circuits that has multiple switch elements that are either forward or reverse biased, with the multiple diode circuits connected respectively to each of the switch elements′ control unit of the first signal transfer unit; the second signal transfer unit comprises a second switch unit that consists of multiple switch circuits that has multiple switch elements that are either forward or reverse biased, with the multiple diode circuits connected respectively to each of the switch elements′ control unit of the second signal transfer unit. |
