<p>The apparatus has a heating unit (100) comprising a tank (110) for receiving less volume of phase changing liquid e.g. alcohol at low boiling temperature, and an electrical heating part (120) e.g. halogen lamp, for heating the liquid. A closed envelope (200) has a panel (210) forms an emissive surface and mounted over the tank. The envelope communicates with the tank for forming a sealed enclosure for vapor of the liquid and condensates, where the enclosure provides resistance to pressure.</p> |
