The present invention relates to a motor coil winding structure capable of improving the winding structure of a coil in wiring the coil (C) of a motor to reduce the consumption of a coil (C) and greatly reducing manufacturing costs. In the motor coil winding structure according to the present invention, a coil (C) facing a core (3) is inserted into at least one slot and is drawn from a slot with two pitches to be wound around two tees. Also, in a motor which comprises the tees of the core (3) which has a wiring structure comprising the number of the segments of the rectifier (2), 13, and the number of polarities of a magnet, 6, corresponding to the outside of the core (3), it wound around the segment of the rectifier (2), the tees of the core (3) and the slot. Thereby, copper loss generated when a current flows though the coil (C) can be greatly reduced by reducing the total length of a wire compared to a wiring structure with an existing three pitch or more. The same efficiency or more can be secured by winding the coil (C) of which length is shorter than that of the coil (C) of an existing motor wound around the core (3) with three pitches or more. The manufacturing costs can be greatly reduced. The size and weight of the motor can be reduced to be miniaturized. |
