<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display having high aperture ratio and to a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting diode display has triple auxiliary capacity by overlapping four electrode layers. An organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention includes a pixel region arranged on a substrate by a matrix method; a thin film transistor arranged in the pixel region; an organic light emitting diode which is connected to the thin film transistor and is arranged in the pixel region; and a triple auxiliary capacity which is connected to the thin film transistor and the organic light emitting diode, and is formed by overlapping four electrode layers.</p> |
