WEB SERVICE BASED COMMUNICATION FOR USE WITH PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web services-based communication system and technique which facilitate communication of process control data and analysis results between a plurality of web services coupled each other through a communication network.SOLUTION: A graphical user interface coupled to the network enables users to store user profile information and environment setting information into a database in an information server. The information server uses the environment setting information and the profile information to control the operations of a scheduler and a router in the information server to enable users to selectively view process control information via the graphical user interface and to route the process control information to an appropriate web service.
