A voice quality evaluation method and apparatus. The method comprises: (110) determining first voice quality of a to-be-evaluated voice signal by processing and analyzing the to-be-evaluated voice signal, the first voice quality comprising a quality distortion value and/or an MOS value of an average opinion score; and (120) determining a voice quality evaluation result of the to-be-evaluated voice signal according the first voice quality and at least one key performance indicator (KPI) parameter of a transmission channel of the to-be-evaluated voice signal. The voice quality of a to-be-evaluated voice signal is determined according to a to-be-evaluated voice signal and a KPI parameter of a transmission channel of the to-be-evaluated voice signal, the accuracy of the voice quality evaluation can be improved, thereby improving the user experience. |
