An isolator system is provided with a body case which forms a working space, and with an air conditioning section to which gas is supplied or from which gas is discharged. The bottom surface of the working space comprises a working plate. An air discharge path is formed below the working plate. The working plate is divided into first and second working plates which are separated to the left and right. A receiving section is disposed on the first working plate. The second working plate is removably mounted on the receiving section.
