Disclosed are a method and device for adjusting a sending power, relating to the field of information communication control, for solving an interference problem among channels in a multi-channel system. The method provided in the present invention specifically comprises: determining the channel with worst signal quality according to signal quality information about various channels, then increasing the sending power of the channel, or decreasing the sending power of at least one channel having strongest interference on the channel with the worst signal quality, finally cyclically adjusting the method whereby a signal transmits power so as to make the interference among channels satisfy the requirement of not influencing communication quality, thereby solving the interference problem among channels in a multi-channel system. The embodiments of the present invention are mainly used for a data transmission process of a multi-channel system.
