The present invention relates to a priority-based demand control device and method, a priority determination device and method, and a recording medium having a program therefor recorded thereon, for assigning priorities to confirmed demands, which form basic information for establishing supply plans, and controlling the demands by using the assigned priorities. The priority determination device according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a demand information input unit for receiving, as an input, confirmed demand information, which includes information on preset items including items relating to the time of demands required, from respective lower-level sales organizations; an item rank determination unit for determining a rank value for each of the preset items by using the confirmed demand information received as an input; and a comprehensive rank value determination unit for determining comprehensive priority values by arranging the rank values for the respective preset items, which have been determined by the item rank determination unit, according to preset rules. |
