PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate operation arrangement work by enhancing efficiency while including not only a production process of an operation arrangement plan, but also an acceptance/rejection checking process of the operation arrangement plan by a user.SOLUTION: An operation arrangement support system comprises: an operation arrangement plan production unit 1110 for executing automatic production of an operation arrangement plan; a diagram prediction unit for executing future train operation simulation; a diagram chart display unit 1120 for displaying an operation plan and the operation arrangement plan as diagram charts; and a user input unit for receiving parameter input from a user. The system further comprises: a snap shot restoration unit 1130 which restores a snap shot of the operation arrangement plan in an automatic production process on the basis of diagram change history output by the operation arrangement plan production unit; and a snap shot display input unit 1140 for displaying the snap shot according to user input to the user.
