<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous glass composition manufacturing method capable of reducing a manufacturing time without a need of an implementation step of a sol/gel method, for example, seen in an ES method, a fibrous glass composition manufacturing device, a fibrous glass composition, and a glass raw material with the fibrous glass composition.SOLUTION: Laser beam L is radiated while being scanned in a melt region 100 on a surface of a plate glass 100, and the melt region 100 of the plate glass 100 is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than a softening point of the plate glass 100 from a surface side to a rear face side, so as to generate a fibrous glass composition 101 on the rear face side of the plate glass 100.</p> |
