PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide symbiosis lactic acid production bacteria and use thereof.SOLUTION: The invention discloses methodologies for selectively breeding and isolating the lactic acid-producing bacterial strain with antibiotic resistance to utilize in various types of therapeutic applications. For example, in one specific embodiment, these lactic acid-producing bacteria are administered simultaneously with one or more antimicrobial compounds (e.g., an antibiotic, an antifungal compound, and an antiviral compound). In almost all clinical areas and science areas, productions or evolutions of antibiotic resistant microorganisms are undesired results from unnecessary supply and/or inappropriate use of antibiotic compounds. However, the invention acts to structurally produce bacteria which hold a tolerance to a single (in contrast to plurality) antibiotic.
