RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR TIRES AND STUDLESS WINTER TIRE

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a rubber composition for tires, which enables the production of a studless winter tire exhibiting both excellent on-ice performance and excellent wear resistance; and a studless winter tire using this rubber composition for tires. A rubber composition for tires according to the present invention contains 100 parts by mass of (A) a diene rubber, 30-100 parts by mass of (B) a carbon black and/or a white filler, and 0.3-30 parts by mass of (C) a cured product obtained by curing (c1) a crosslinkable oligomer or polymer that is not compatible with the diene rubber (A). The cured product (C) has a JIS A hardness of 3-45.
