The present invention provides, to an insulation plug connected to a voltage detection part comprising an insulation housing, a grounding function which can be used as necessary, and thus can be operated with the ensured safety of workers by using immediate grounding without the separation of an elbow connector when the grounding is required, thereby ensuring the convenience of equipment use and maximum device safety. In addition, the reliability of the grounding work can be secured by using the same. The objective of the present invention is to provide a grounding type elbow connector comprising: an insulating body providing an insulating plug of a grounding function to a voltage detection part comprising the elbow connector so as to be coupled to the stud bolt of a conductor at the front end thereof by insert-molding, and having a penetration interface connected to the rear portion of the stud bolt; and an insulating rod coupled to or separated from the penetration interface such that the insulating rod is separated and a grounding means having a grounding rod connected to a grounding cable is connected alone or selectively coupled in a state in which a grounding inspection connection device is connected so as to be used. |
