The present invention provides data indicating the navigation performance of a ship usable in navigation in actual sea areas in which the conditions of the wind and waves change variously. A terminal device stores ship characteristic data indicating the relationship between fuel consumption and rotational frequency, the ship speed, and the rotational frequency in the case that the ship is navigating in various navigational conditions. When a user inputs data indicating the draft conditions and the wind/wave conditions in a performance display screen displayed at the terminal device, the terminal device generates, on the basis of the ship characteristic data, relational data indicating the relationship between fuel consumption and rotational frequency, the ship speed, and the rotational frequency in the case that the ship is navigating in wind/wave conditions that are in accordance with each of the input data and a plurality of Beaufort values set ahead of time to the terminal device. The terminal device uses the relational data to display a graph that lists the relationship between fuel consumption, ship speed, and rotational frequency for each of a plurality of navigational conditions. |
