A colour film substrate of an embedded touchscreen, comprising an underlayment substrate (20); a black matrix (16) arranged above the underlayment substrate (20), the black matrix (16) comprising a light-transmitting region and a light-shading region; a colour filter (17) arranged in the light-transmitting region of the black matrix (16); a set of first electrode wires (21) and a set of second electrode wires (22), which are arranged above the black matrix (16) and the colour filter (17) and are crosswise arranged, each of the first electrode wires (21) comprising a plurality of first electrodes (24) which are connected in series through bridging lines (23), each of the second electrode wires (22) comprising a plurality of second electrodes (26) which are connected in series through connecting lines (25), the bridging lines (23) and the connecting lines (25) being crosswise arranged and a cross region thereof being corresponding to the light-transmitting region of the black matrix (16) in position; and spacers (19) which are arranged between the bridging lines (23) and the connecting lines (25) for insulating and isolating the bridging lines (23) from the connecting lines (25). The structural solution simplifies a manufacturing process for a colour film substrate in an embedded touchscreen, reduces the usage amount of mask plates, and reduces the manufacturing costs. |
