<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of pollution purification by using the effect of agitating a flocculant in the vicinity of a water surface by bubbles.SOLUTION: Strings 13, 15 are connected to a gas holder 5, which is a film having an approximately hemispherical shape, at positions along the periphery of the gas holder 5. The string 15 is supported so as to be wound and unwound by a winding machine 25 of a frame 35 used by being submerged on a water bottom 1. Bubbles 17 are discharged into water 3 from a tip of a gas pipe 33 supported by the frame 35. A solution containing a flocculant 19 is discharged from a tip of a liquid pipe 31 supported by the frame 35. The discharged bubbles 17 rise to form a gas chamber 7 inside the gas holder 5. The flocculant 19 contained in the discharged solution rises with a water flow formed by the bubbles 17 and effectively agitated by the bubbles 17 bursting in the water surface 11.</p> |
