The present invention provides a decorative sheet exhibiting excellent moldability and scratch resistance, and having a good texture, even when molded into a decorative resin molded article.　The resin sheet has, in the following order, at least a base layer, a first protective layer, and a second protective layer formed over part of the first protective layer. The first protective layer is formed using an ionizing radiation-curable resin containing a multifunctional polycarbonate (meth)acrylate.
