Provided are: a molded article, particularly a sheet, which has excellent thermal shrinkage resistance while maintaining excellent properties inherent to olefin resins, including chemical resistance, a light weight and mechanical strength; and a method for producing the molded article. Also provided are: a microporous sheet which can exhibit a shutdown function and has excellent "thermal shrinkage resistance" that is effective for preventing the occurrence of melt down; and a method for producing the microporous sheet. More specifically, provided are: a sheet having excellent heat resistance, which comprises a resin composition (α) containing, as essential components, a polyolefin (a) and fibers of a thermoplastic resin (b) having a melting point of 200ºC or higher and a glass transition temperature that is equal to or lower than the melting point of the polyolefin (a), wherein the polyolefin (a) is a continuous phase and the fibers of thermoplastic resin (b) are dispersing phases; a microporous film produced by transforming the sheet into a microporous form; and methods for respectively producing the sheet and the microporous film. |
